Due to the coronavirus pandemic, David Russell's concert on April 25th has been postponed

David Russell has performed for the BCGS twice before, and each time his signature warmth, charisma, and extraordinary musicianship have left us feeling uplifted and inspired. We are all disappointed by this outcome, but we believe it is in the best interest of our community to reschedule his concert for a future season.

Join us on November 13, 2021, where we present the incomparable Berta Rojas at the First Lutheran Church in Boston. Ranking among today’s foremost classical guitarists, she has been praised as “…guitarist extraordinaire…” by the Washington Post, and by Classical Guitar Magazine as “… ambassador of the classical guitar.”

We are proud to welcome Adam Del Monte to the BCGS stage to kick off the 2022–23 Artist Series.

Xuefei Yang is acclaimed as one of the world’s finest classical guitarists. Hailed as a musical pioneer, Fei was the first-ever guitarist in China to enter a music school, and became the first internationally recognized Chinese guitarist on the world stage.

David Russell is world renowned for his superb musicianship and inspired artistry, having earned the highest praise from audiences and critics alike, and we are delighted to welcome him back to the BCGS stage to round out our 2022–23 Artist Series

We’re very happy to present Lovro Peretić, winner of the 2022 Guitar Foundation of America competition, as well as other international competitions, in his Boston debut to kick off this season‘s Artist Series.

Praised by the distinguished Classical Guitar Magazine as “having the star potential to serve as inspiration for new generations of guitarists to come,” Beijing Guitar Duo made their New York debut in Carnegie Hall in 2010 and launched their international concert career. We are happy to bring them to the Artist Series stage.
