Duo Chinoiserie is a distinctive musical ensemble that bridges the traditions of the European Classical Guitar and the Guzheng, a Chinese plucked zither and traditional musical instrument known for its beautiful, resonant sound.
Founded in 2016, Bin Hu & Jing Xai have been exploring and fostering cultural exchanges with the enduring dialogue of their musical art form and have emerged as a musical phenomenon. Grammy Award winning guitarist David Russell praises their work as a “moving and impressive combination” that showcases their musicality and attractive phrasing of melodies.
